Service Details

Specific details, terms, and client expectations for each service are outlined below. The Provider reserves the right to modify service details and offerings at any time.

Details & Expectations of Each Service in the Promo Bundle

1. Company Profile Design: The basic company profile package consists of the following sections: About Us, Corporate Statements (Vision, Mission, & Core Values), Services, and Why Choose Us. We will write the content and design the profile layout. You can view some of our past company profile projects on our website by visiting this link. If you require additional sections like board member bios, quality statements, portfolio samples, or partner information, you will need to purchase the Standard Company Profile package by following this link.
2. Logo Design: You will receive one custom logo design. We will narrow down the style by allowing you to select text-only, symbol + text, or symbol-only logos.
3. Business Cards: The business cards will be designed and printed based on your preferences. The card stock thickness will range between 500-600 gsm.
4. ID Card Template: You will receive the design source file and one printed copy of the customized ID card.
5. Letterhead Design: You will receive the letterhead design in digital format for use in Microsoft Office documents. For bundle options that include printing, you will also receive 100 printed copies of the customized letterhead.
6. Company Profile Printing: You will receive 10 high-quality printed copies of the company profile designed.
7. Website Design: We will register a domain and host the website on our servers. This is a basic 5-page website with no special applications or advanced features, containing a Home page, About Us, Blog, Contact Us, and Services. The only extra feature is a WhatsApp chat button. To transfer hosting later, you can request the site files. Additional features may incur extra fees.
8. Local SEO: This includes internal website optimization to improve search engine recognition and results rankings for local keywords and searches.
9. Content Marketing: We will create 5 keyword-focused articles to boost website visibility and search engine rankings.

Pricing, Discounts, and Changes

All bundle prices and discount percentages are listed above. Pricing is subject to change at the Provider’s discretion.

Ordering Process

The client selects the desired bundle and submits payment to place an order. The provider will contact the Client to initiate the project and request any additional details. Work will not commence until full payment is received.

Production Timeline

The estimated turnaround time for completion of all services in a bundle is 5-10 business days from receipt of payment and project initiation. The Provider will communicate any delays beyond this timeline to the Client.

Printing and Shipping Costs

Printing and shipping costs for all printed materials (business cards, letterhead, company profile copies, etc.) are not included in the bundle costs. These additional costs will be billed separately to the Client prior to production.

Revisions

The Client is entitled to 2 rounds of revisions for each service ordered in purchased bundle. Additional revision rounds may incur fees at Provider’s discretion.

Website Hosting, Domains, and Transfers

The Provider will register a domain and host websites designed as part of bundles on Provider’s account. After completion, the Client may request the site files and data to transfer hosting at their own expense.

Copyrights

The Provider retains copyrights and intellectual property rights for all designs, content, and other creative work produced as part of purchased bundles. Client will be granted license to use deliverables for business purposes as outlined in Provider’s standard licensing agreement.

Payments and Refunds

All sales are final. As bundles are custom services, no refunds are offered once an order is placed and payment processed.

Disputes and Agreement Changes

Provider reserves the right to alter these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to Client prior to order placement. The Provider and Client agree to discuss any disputes amicably in order to reach a reasonable resolution. Provider’s decision on disputed matters is considered final.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria.
